Overlook Vineyard is situated on a ten acre site south east facing at the 250-500 foot level. The name reflects the location in the Red Hills; the property looks out over the city of Newberg nestled in the valley below. In the spring of 2008 7.5 acres were planted with five clones of Pinot Noir. 6% 667, 23% 777, 24% 115, 24% Pommard, and 23% Wadenswil. Vineyard development and consulting are provided by Andy Humphrey. Jim and Michele O’Malley, owners believe in organic and low impact farming practices and manage the vineyard accordingly.
