The Dundee Bistro is located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country. Founded in 1999 by the Ponzi Family, one of Oregon's premier wine pioneering families, The Dundee Bistro showcases the finest wines and foods produced in the Willamette Valley. The restaurant is a popular meeting place for local winemakers and neighbors, a culinary respite on the route from Portland to Oregon's coast, and the center of information and sustenance for visitors touring the world proclaimed nearby wineries. Combined with the Ponzi Wine Bar and Your Northwest specialty store, The Dundee Bistro welcomes you to Oregon Wine County and Oregon's first Culinary Center.

With seating for 80, The Dundee Bistro is open daily. Lunch is served from 11:30 - 5 p.m.; dinner from 5 p.m. to closing. An exhibition kitchen, full bar, fireside dining and courtyard seating are featured. The menu changes daily. A private dining area seating up to 50 is available. The Dundee Bistro kitchen provides full-service off-site catering.

Located in the heart of Oregon wine country in downtown Dundee, The Ponzi Wine Bar offers visitors an opportunity to taste many high profile wines from top Oregon vintners in addition to Ponzi wines. Rotating, specially selected flights of wine are available, as well as wine by the glass, bottle, or case. Guest winemakers are featured throughout the summer. In addition to wine, the bar offers microbrews on draught, Italian coffee, a selection of appetizers, gourmet food products, books and information on wine and touring. The Ponzi Wine Bar features wines from over 70 top Oregon vintners. The wine bar is open 11:00AM - 5:00PM daily. Tinas, located in Dundee, Oregon, opened in October 1991. The restaurant, which seats 50 guests, has a comfortable bar, and the two intimate dining rooms are divided by a fireplace. Like many of our fellow chefs, we believe that the best food is organically grown. Our search for these foods led us out of the city and into the countryside where we work closely with a great group of farmers. We're closer to the source of what goes onto your plate, and we believe that the opportunity to cook in a wine growing region lends our food a context and flavor and experience that is unbeatable. The menu is based on the foods that our farmer/neighbors grow: seasonal, and regional. Many of the wines that we feature come from just down the road. We are committed to using the best ingredients, and our menu changes as we move through the seasons of the year. We also believe in using the highest quality and most healthful ingredients available and to that end use organic, free range and chemical free products. C uisine can happen when food tastes like what it is, so we use techniques that help that along. Our culinary approach is European but we like to use styles from all over.
